Delivering in Sushant Lok 1 & 2

Sushant Lok 1 in Sector 43 and Sushant Lok 2 further south towards Golf Course Extension Road are made up of independent plots and builder floors, and many plots are being rebuilt as three- and four-storey floors. That means a mix of construction material such as cement, plaster and boards, and the finishing items that follow: putty, paint and plumbing fittings.

When a plot is under construction, add the site supervisor's number and the exact plot number on the address, because many houses on a street look alike while the facade is unfinished. For larger cement orders, message us on WhatsApp first so the delivery can be timed around your casting or plastering work.

Once the structure is up, the same site usually comes back for HDHMR or ply boards for wardrobes and kitchens, CPVC fittings for the bathrooms, and putty and paint for the finish.
