Delivering in Sector 40, 41 & South City 1

South City 1 and Sectors 40 and 41 are among Gurgaon's earlier plotted colonies, with many houses now twenty or more years old. Age shows in the orders: replacing old GI plumbing with CPVC, waterproofing roofs and bathrooms that have started to seep, re-plastering damp walls and repainting whole floors.

Most homes here are independent houses with their own gate, so delivery is to the door rather than to a society entrance. If your house is being worked on while you are away, add the contractor's or caretaker's number as the site contact, and the rider will call them on arrival so the material is handed to the person doing the job.

Common orders here include CPVC pipe in long lengths for full re-plumbing, white cement and gypsum plaster for wall repairs, and putty and emulsion for a complete repaint.
